Provided differentiated support for fifteen first-year teachers during each of the two-year service as an Induction Coach throughout Rhode Island.
Established professional relationships with teachers, principals, and other administrators.
Utilized formative assessment tools to collect data and increase teacher effectiveness.
Conducted presentations about the Rhode Island Induction Program for faculties, school committees, administrative teams, pre-service teachers and collaborated with colleagues to participate in and deliver professional development.
